I have over 14 years of experience working with couples and individuals. I teach couples how to get what they want from each other, and how to improve their communication. I also provide therapy to individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, problems managing their weight, and physical/sexual abuse, or those who are just unhappy with their life and want to feel in control again.
