A perfectly imperfect Mother's Day

by Traci S on Mon, 05/14/2012 - 10:06pm

I hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day. Mine was nice... I got the cute hand-made gifts from the kids and a couple cards. We went out to eat on Saturday, and spent Sunday dividing our time between my family and my husband's family. It was good.

Hello Savannah Mommies!

by MJarrell on Mon, 06/14/2010 - 10:17pm

Hello Savannah Mommies! Our family has just relocated to Savannah, GA (8 weeks or so ago), and I am happy I stumbled upon the Coastal Mommies site. My baby boys Camden and Cavan (3 and 22 mos. respectively) keep me on the run. When I am not busy changing diapers, I am unloading miscellaneous boxes.  Because of my husband's job, this makes our 3rd move in 16 months! Needless to say because of our recent moves, I am an at-home mommy for now. We love the coast and are hoping to call Savannah home for many years.

Why do we run to get out of the rain?

When I left work to pick up Meyer last night, it was pouring.

By the time I picked him up 10 minutes later, the rain had slowed to a steady downpour.
