We discovered Michaels’ Passport to Imagination almost by accident last year. After we went the first time, my girls were hooked and we agreed they could pick one day a week we would attend.  Especially with the Olympics this year, it is a great opportunity to expose your children to other cultures!

Summer is here! Our whole family is looking forward to a slower pace. Usually the first few days are lazy, with nothing scheduled. But then, the girls start getting bored. This year, I have come up with some activities to keep the girls entertained but not too busy!

My girls love art and doodling but sometimes if I tell them just to draw they have a hard time deciding what to draw. I decided to make them a Summer Art Journal. All you need is a sketch pad/drawing pad. Sketch pads are very inexpensive,  I found mine at the Dollar Tree.
