Tybee to enforce parking prohibition July 3

SCAD's Sand Art Festival
10 a.m.-4 p.m. April 30 (rain date
May 14), North Beach, Tybee Island. Even if you don't have time to get to Tybee by 4 today, the sand scultures should be around for a while for you to see this evening and over the weekend (weather permitting). So get the whole family out there to check out SCAD students' wonderful creations!
