Tried & Tested: Dog Bandana Sleeve

Available in many styles and sizes, the dog bandana sleeve is the perfect remedy for pet owners who have trouble keeping the traditional bandana on their dog.

Having previously worked at a vet’s office for over 2 years during my college career, I know how important it is for some to have their pets in the most “stylish” attire out there. Now, it may seem silly to some folks to dress your pet, but some take it quite seriously.

Moe’s Place, LLC has designed a bandana sleeve that fits on your dog’s collar pretty snuggly. I was sent the “Batter Up Dog Bandana Sleeve” to try on my dog. As you can see in the picture, it has baseballs and stars on one side, and on the other side (unable to be seen in the picture), it just has stars. This was a very appropriate side for my dog, Rupert, to wear around the house on the 4th of July, which he did!

One thing I noticed about the bandana sleeve is that it didn’t seem to bother my cocker spaniel, Rupert, or my parent’s golden retriever, Wilson, at all. I have tried putting a traditional bandana on Rupert before and it seemed to irritate his neck and the triangle part that is supposed to rest on his back was constantly falling under his chest.

So, I definitely like the idea that this company is aiming for. It seems they are taking into account style and comfort for the animal, and that’s important when pet owners are looking for a reliable company to purchase products from!

Take a look at the website at http://02a62f8.netsolstores.com/.  There are dozens of bandana sleeves available for all occasions.  I spent a good 15 minutes trying to pick out my favorite design for this review, but in all honesty, there are so many that are cute that I just couldn’t pick one.

Check this product out and let me know what you think too. I would definitely purchase a different style for my dog… maybe I will do so around Christmas time this year or St. Patrick’s Day next year.  The company has some really cute bandanas appropriate for these dates!
