Do you ever look at your 3-year-old son and think, what am I going to do with you? Consider this column an infomercial for a rare find not sold on TV.

It's amazing how quickly it adds up. I go into Walmart with a short list of items ranging from peanut butter to a picture frame. Shouldn't take long. Shouldn't cost much. Though I was pretty sure my $40 in cash wouldn't cover it. It never does.

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — The family of a 6-year-old Silver Spring boy who was suspended from school from pointing his finger like a gun and saying "pow" wants the incident stricken from the child's record.

The family's attorney filed an appeal Wednesday to ask that the incident be expunged. The attorney, Robin Ficker, said the boy had no intention to shoot anyone.
