Most of the time we are not sure about taking a dare.  But I dare you to try this one.  There is a faith based Love Dare that challenges you to secretly change how you view your mate.  Over the course of 40 days are challenged to do things for your spouse without boasting. That not only change you, but him/her.

If you have seen the movie FireProof the main couple is on the verge of a divorce. The man's father challenges him to a "Love Dare." There are days that he wanted to throw in the towel and when I first did the dare I wanted to also.  But you will find that it is worth it in the end.  I have also found that this "dare" is something to take seriously and wholeheartedly.  It is also something that you should do several times during your relationship.

I have attached a link where you can print out the Love Dare. I would also suggest that you watch the movie Fireproof.  If you do not think that your spouse is ready to view it, then view alone and then see if they will watch it later with you.
