2nd Annual Effingham Oktoberfest

Richmond Hill Fall Fest
10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24, held behind Richmond Hill and Carver Elementary schools, parking in front of schools, entrance for festival and presale ticket pickup is in Carver Elementary Auditorium. You and the family can look forward to crab races, rock climbing wall, dunk tank, paddle boats, slides, moonwalk bouncers, human hamster ball, laser tag, cake walk, fish for goldfish, face painting food, popcorn cotton candy, silent auction and more.
Savannah Christial Church Youth Production
7 p.m. Sept. 23-25, Savannah Christian Church’s Henderson Campus, 55 Al Henderson Blvd. SCC’s Drama Ministry presents “Peace Sign,” a collection of stories from a youth group in 1972. It is set against the backdrop of the Vietnam War and the emerging “Jesus Music” movement. Tickets: $5 each or $20 max for immediate family. Junior League Thrift Sale

2nd Annual Kids' Crabbing Tourney
Sept. 24, Fort McAllister Marina. In addition to the tournament, there will be a waterslide, inflatables and hermit crab races. A crab boil will be held after the tournament. 'Family Bird Walk'
