Dear Lovely Mommie,

Women who work hard on a consistent basis, day-after-day, come rain, sleet or snow, dominate their goals and put themselves in a wonderful position to reap the benefits of their hard work and dedication.  This is what we strive for.

I want this, you want this and we all look forward to days that produce feelings of triumph and achievement.  Having the right mindset and setting your focus in the direction of your goals really helps you to know which direction to follow, how to get there in an efficient manner and also instills the drive to get it done without wasting too much time; because let’s face it, you do not have any time to waste when working toward your health goals.  Wasted time equates into disappointment and eventual abandonment of your aspirations; your goal is to be efficient as possible.  Take some time today to read through the following five elements that help keep you centered and motivated to keep on truckin’ each and every day:

~Vision: you have to know where you want to go; if not, where do you even begin to start on your road to well-being?  Document your goals, make note of your life-dreams and begin to take the necessary steps to make your visions for yourself become a reality.      

~Desire: you must work toward your goals and take the steps that are necessary to guide you closer to your aspirations.  It is up to you and only you to make your dreams become a reality.  Stand tall, believe in yourself and move forward.  You can do this!    

~Passion: it takes excitement to make things happen in the life department.  Passion for your dreams creates your enthusiasm and zeal for your chosen goals.  Get excited about it; tell others of your enthusiasm and your ambition for your life.      

~Awareness: open your eyes, welcome yourself onto the pathway that you so desire to create for yourself and your future.  Be open and allow change into your travels.    

~Patience: be persistent, seek fortitude and endure the journey to come.  Breathe and become an expert at success day-after-day.  Take one day at a time and whatever you do, don’t rush.

Having the strength of mind to follow through with your chosen goals each day takes determination and enormous amounts of drive on your road toward a healthier way of life; covering your bases and encouraging focused  living is a challenging endeavor that must be cultivated to foster it’s continued growth and development.  How will you go about your day today!
